What do most people do for their birthday? Celebrate of course…

Well Brody Jenner and his Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008 girlfriend, Ms. Jayde Nicole headed to LA hot spot Guys and Dolls to do just that!

Unfortunately, a scuffle broke out ruining the evening for Brody and his entourage.  However, Brody wasn’t involved in the initial brawl…it was actually his girlfriend who initiated the confrontation by pouring a drink in the face of our favorite scumbag, none other than Joe Francis, founder of Girls Gone Wild.

The alleged story from the Jenner camp is that Jayde saw Francis harassing a friend of her’s(also a former ex gf of Francis) and after his behavior became more aggressive, she snapped, hence the drink throwing.

How classy!

Quickly after the chaos began, Francis allegedly pulled Jayde‘s hair, punched her in the face, shoved her to the ground, and then proceeded to kick her.

Where was Mr. Jenner in all this? and how did Jayde get attacked in such a “severe manner” before anyone intervened?

That seems to be the mystery brewing in the air…but what we do know is that Brody was ejected from the club. While outside, Brody tried to avenge his girlfriend‘s a** kicking by punching Francis in the face, but unfortunately got tased.

Sounds like Girls Gone Wild 2-Hills/Playmate-0….

But with all the mystery surrounding the details of this brawlific night, we are sure they will see each other in court where only one winner takes the prize.

Many have been rumored to nab the role…

But sources say that it is none other than the stunning Megan Fox who will be the next in line to inherit the catsuit as Selina Kyle!

The Sun reports that the sexy siren has just signed on to the cast.It has also been reported that Christian Bale will return as Batman, Michael Caine as Alfred the Butler, and of course Christopher Nolan is set to direct the film.

Production is set to begin next year and the release will be sometime in 2011….

Even in her growing age, and seemingly less controversial demeanor….Madonna is still rattling heads around the world…and this time she’s upsetting the Bulgarians!

The sexy Madonna is set to perform in Sofia, Bulgaria this upcoming Saturday, and apparently people are protesting.

Well, more than just any people: Officials from the Orthodox Church in Bulgaria.

They stated, “”disapproval and disagreement” with Saturday’s event, and says the U.S. performer “openly violates” holy Christian symbols. In addition, they reiterated that she conveyed, “a disrespectful and intolerant attitude” to the religious feelings of Christians on her ongoing Sticky and Sweet tour.”

How unfortunate! Because despite the powerful church‘s feelings, Madonna is expected to perform in Sofia to an audience of about 50,000 people! Sounds like they are going to just have to suck it up…

While anyone can donate, here are the guidelines regarding donation:

GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTABLE DONATIONS: (www.locksoflove.org/)

• Hair that is colored or permed is acceptable.
• Hair cut years ago is usable if it has been stored in a ponytail or braid.
• Hair that has been bleached (usually this refers to highlighted hair) is not usable.  If unsure, ask your stylist. We are not able to accept bleached hair due to a chemical reaction that occurs during the manufacturing process. **If the hair was bleached years ago and has completely grown out it is fine to donate.
• Hair that is swept off of the floor is not usable because it is not bundled in a ponytail or braid.
• Hair that is shaved off and not in a ponytail or braid is not usable. If shaving your head, first divide hair into multiple ponytails to cut off.
• We cannot accept dreadlocks. Our manufacturer is not able to use them in our children’s hairpieces. We also cannot accept wigs, falls, hair extensions or synthetic hair.
• Layered hair is acceptable if the longest layer is 10 inches.
• Layered hair may be divided into multiple ponytails.
• Curly hair may be pulled straight to measure the minimum 10 inches.
• 10 inches measured tip to tip is the minimum length needed for a hairpiece.

Word is that she will find out who her partner is sometime today, but the star is excited to be on the show period!

In a recent interview she stated,

“I’m just excited to be a part of it,” she said. “A couple of years ago, I was in Chicago on [London's] West End and I was originally meant to be Roxie but when it came down to doing the dancing, I couldn’t learn the dancing in time because I can’t dance, so I went and did Mama Morton instead.”

So basically Kelly is here for the ride, but is also super excited that her body will be looking “sick”!

Recently, the bachelors of the world became a bit saddened when the sexy Kourtney Kardashian announced that she is expecting her first child.

The Kardashian bombshell announced last week that she is in fact pregnant and the father of her child is none other than our favorite loser, Scott Disick.

On the series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, viewers were able to witness the shaky relationship between Scott and Kourt…from his cheating ways to his overall scumbag demeanor….I’m sure we are all asking the same question…why!?

Well according to Kourt, she “forgot to take her birth control”..but fortunately for her, she is happy with the news and ready to accept her new transition to motherhood.

When asked about packing on the baby weight, she stated, “I’m really embracing it,” says reality TV star, who says she’s gained 10 pounds so far. “I feel like it’s such a beautiful thing, that every woman who goes though it, should embrace it. I think if you’re naturally skinny, and pregnant, and that’s how your body is, that’s fine.”

But on  the flip side she comments, “I don’t also want to sit there and eat cheeseburgers all night,” she says. “I want to do what’s healthy for my baby.”

We sure she will do just that….and still look beautiful as ever…

“The body is a beautiful creation. If anything, the reason I didn’t show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades,” Heidi tells Spencer, who interviewed her for Playboy.

She went on to say that, “I’m definitely not done with my surgical quest,” she goes on, adding that she’d like “to go bigger on my boobs” for her husband.

In addition to blabbing about herself, Spencer manages to throw shots at LC and the infamous sex tape rumor.

Spencer states,”Yes, I facilitated the rumor, but it was true,” he says. “Lauren was acting like she was little miss perfect goody two-shoes while [her ex-boyfriend] Jason Wahler was trying to shop the tape. The tape exists!”
