The Hills stars’ wedding extravaganza took place back in April, but the highly anticipated coverage was shown in the season finale this past Sunday, prior to the MTV Movie Awards. The event was nothing short of spectacular as the Bride donned over $1 million in Neil Lane jewels and boasted an all star attendance roster including surprise appearances by Lauren Conrad and former Laguna Beach vixen Kristin Cavallari.

Nevertheless, the strange and twisted relationship of Heidi and Spencer did express to the world that Love is possible, even when the world nearly watched it crumble to the ground…
